Power and Energy Solution
Moving materials between sites and assisting outdoor work
Industry Background
Substations and energy sites are mostly outdoors, where materials travel far and often.
Harsh outdoor conditions
Open ground and uneven surfaces, with seasonal temperature swings and rain or snow.
Heavy manual handling
Tools, spares and consumables are carried by hand, loading the back and legs.
Scattered points
Substations, storage yards and offices sit far apart, so every trip costs time.
Vehicles and people share the roads
Site vehicles and inspection staff share the roads, so transfers give way.
Safety and records
Work safety, staff permissions and handover records all carry firm requirements.
Solution Overview
Fengxing M3 moves tools, spares and consumables around the site: independent drive and suspension cope with outdoor roads, climbing 20 deg and clearing 180 mm, while IP54 sealing and a -10 to 45 deg C range suit long-term outdoor work and 8-10 hours of runtime covers a full shift.
The dedicated trailer extends bulk capacity to 150 kg of evenly distributed load through a quick-release locking pin, and the Material Handling Exoskeleton assists loading and inspection work with up to 30 Nm of peak torque per side, several assistance levels and a fit range of 155-190 cm.
Solution Advantages

Outdoor operation in any weather
IP54 sealing and a -10 to 45 deg C range.

Suspension for site roads
Independent drive and suspension handle gravel, slopes and standing water.

Runtime for a full shift
A 48 V 60 Ah pack gives 8-10 hours, with battery swap for longer days.

Trailer capacity for bulk runs
A quick-release locking pin with a trailer rated at 150 kg of evenly distributed load.

Assistance that eases the load
Hip and back assistance at up to 30 Nm per side, with several levels.

Remote control and scanned records
Geofences with remote takeover, and spare parts scanned in and out.
Where It Fits and How It Is Deployed
Typical tasks
Moving tools and spares, delivering maintenance materials, turning over stock items, assisting loading and inspection.
How it is deployed
Mapping along site roads and maintenance paths with restricted and speed zones, and charging or swap points at the crew room or store.
System integration
Ticketing, inspection and asset systems, with a scanner confirming spares in and out.
Site roads and working methods vary a lot, so we will propose both the configuration and the work flow.
