Shopping Mall Delivery Solution
From the back-of-house store to shops and floor points, replenishment runs itself
Industry Background
Mall replenishment clusters around the hours before and after trading, and passages and footfall are the main constraints.
Narrow restocking windows
Restocking happens before opening or after closing, when staff are stretched.
Shared corridors and lifts
Restocking and waste collection share the same corridors and service lifts.
Many shops, many floors
One round touches several shops and floors, so routes and handovers need planning.
Open hours set the tone
While trading, equipment cannot disturb shoppers, so speed and noise are limited.
Solution Overview
Yunchi S2 restocks and transfers between the back-of-house store, service lifts and shops, crossing floors through lift and access-control interfaces; a roughly 50 L compartment and 25 kg rated payload suit catering ingredients, retail restocking and consumables.
High-precision 3D lidar and dynamic obstacle avoidance keep it safe among shoppers, and the onboard screen shows point information and prompts; the cloud organises tasks by floor and shop, and the robot recharges itself when low.
Solution Advantages

Cross-floor restocking
It works with lifts and service lifts to restock and collect across floors.

Loaded by shop
The compartment is loaded by shop and floor to cut trips and waiting.

Safe among shoppers
Dynamic obstacle avoidance and speed zones let it move safely during trading hours.

A screen at the point of service
The display confirms restocking, shows the destination and presents information.

Charges itself overnight
After closing it keeps running, returning to its dock when the battery runs low.
Where It Fits and How It Is Deployed
Typical tasks

How it is deployed
Mapping along service corridors and service lifts with speed and avoidance rules while trading, and charging near the back-of-house store.
System integration
Mall management and ticketing platforms, with a scanner for goods receipt and stocktakes.
