RAVOS MOBILE MANIPULATOR
Mobile Manipulation Robot
A mobile base and arm combined for pick-and-place, sorting and single-item transport

Mobile picking, logistics sorting
The base positions itself and the arm picks, sorts and hands over at the workstation.
Base and arm working together
The base reaches the work point; the arm picks, sorts and hands over.
Multiple end effectors
Grippers, vacuum cups or combined end effectors are configured for the item, with an interface reserved for visual positioning.
Suited to prototype validation
Validate the process with a site prototype first, then turn it into reusable job templates, scheduling interfaces and safety policies.
Visual positioning, precise grasping
Identifies, locates and gently grasps small, irregular workpieces.

Safe handover, flexible deployment
Delivers materials to a person or workstation, connecting movement, grasping and production.
6D pose recognition
Wrist-mounted RGB-D vision reads position and orientation, giving grasp planning complete spatial information.
±0.05 mm repeatability
Holds a stable landing point at fixed fixtures and precision workstations for continuous, repetitive work.
Parallel gripper
Grips the parallel faces of regular workpieces for part transfer, machine loading and workstation handover.
Soft gripper
Compliant contact handles fragile, surface-sensitive or irregular items with less risk of crushing.
Vacuum cups
Grasps cartons and flat packaging with less clearance and without marking the surface.
Quick tool changes
The arm changes grippers and cups at a separate tool rack, so one platform covers many tasks.
5 kg continuous payload
Carries small and medium materials from a stable working posture, balancing travel speed with manipulation.
900 mm working radius
Reaches multi-level racks and neighbouring workstations from a single stop.
Collision detection and speed tiers
Adjusts its behaviour to the work area and the distance to obstacles, setting a safe boundary in shared space.
Resumes the task after charging
After charging it rejoins the task flow and continues moving, positioning and picking.
Specifications
The mobile manipulation platform uses a modular arm and end-effector architecture to suit different tasks.
